Advisory Committee

Anjali Rajendra Joshi

Joint Secretary, B.A.

Anjali Rajendra Joshi serves as the Joint Secretary of the organization, assisting in administrative and coordination activities. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and actively supports the Secretary in maintaining records, organizing meetings, and managing day-to-day operations of the संस्था. She contributes to effective communication and smooth implementation of various programs and initiatives. With her dedication and teamwork, she plays an important role in strengthening the organization’s activities in community development and social welfare.

Vaishali Padmakar Ratnaparkhi

Treasurer

Vaishali Padmakar Ratnaparkhi serves as the Treasurer of the organization and is responsible for managing its financial operations with accuracy and transparency. She oversees budgeting, accounting, and maintenance of financial records, ensuring proper utilization of funds in accordance with organizational policies and legal guidelines. She also plays a key role in financial planning, auditing support, and reporting. With a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, she contributes to maintaining financial discipline and supporting the संस्था’s mission of sustainable development and social welfare

Executive Member

Community Advisor

Archana Arun Kulkarni serves as an Executive Member of the organization and actively contributes to its social and developmental initiatives. She is involved in supporting program implementation, coordinating activities, and participating in community outreach efforts. With her dedication to social service and teamwork, she plays an important role in strengthening the संस्था’s initiatives in areas such as community welfare, awareness programs, and overall development.

Arun Balajipant Kulkarni

Executive Member, B.Com.

Arun Balajipant Kulkarni serves as an Executive Member of the organization, contributing to its operational and developmental activities. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree and brings practical insight into financial and administrative matters. He actively participates in planning and execution of the संस्था’s programs, supports coordination among team members, and assists in implementing initiatives related to community welfare and development. His commitment and teamwork play an important role in achieving the organization’s objectives.

Our Advisory Committee comprises eminent personalities from social work, education, healthcare, law and corporate India. They guide Nitya Foundation on strategy, ethics and long-term impact.

Role of the Advisory Committee

The committee meets quarterly to review programmatic direction, approve annual strategy, and ensure compliance with our charitable objects. They serve in an honorary capacity without remuneration.

Composition

Currently the committee has 9 members — including 2 retired civil servants, 2 academicians, 2 corporate leaders, 1 doctor, 1 legal advisor and 1 community representative.

Selection Process

Members are inducted through unanimous board resolution for a renewable term of 3 years, based on demonstrated public service and domain expertise.
